Bored as a management accountant in the public sector, Adrian developed a curiosity around the idea that people only use around 10% of their potential brain power and went on to learn many of the personal development tools and technologies. Specialising in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Adrian has been trained by the leading authorities in the field such as Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna and John La Valle, regularly assisting as a support trainer on their courses. Adrian is a Licensed Trainer of NLP and Licensed NLP Coach Trainer and also holds qualifications in Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Mindfulness.
